This is a training course for employees from different departments who are looking for professional growth and want to develop leadership skills. We organise English classes for teams from different departments. The training takes place both offline at the company and online using convenient digital platforms. This allows everyone to choose the format that best suits their schedule and language level.
The Goodvalley Management Course is our company's in-depth educational programme. This course gives employees the opportunity not only to enrich their knowledge in the field of management and leadership, but also to learn more about their own personality, learn how to work with a team, and understand how cultural differences can affect relationships between people

A CV shows your experience and education, and a cover letter reveals your personality. Every syllable in your cover letter creates a visual image of who you are. It will help you stand out from other candidates.
When to write a cover letter:
📍 When you are applying for a position in a competitive field or in a company that rarely hires new employees;
📍 When you want to increase your chances, an invitation to an interview;
📍 When you are changing careers and want to briefly explain why you feel qualified to work in a new field.
Before drafting, visit the company's website and social media to get a better understanding of its culture and values. This will help you choose the right tone for your email (strictly formal or open and friendly)
Like other letters, the cover letter should contain:
- greetings (e.g. «Hello» or «Good morning»);
- text (main part);
- signature (with your contacts).
The main body of your cover letter should contain a brief description of who you are, why you want to work in this position and why this company. Emphasise the personal traits, professional skills, and relevant education that will help you successfully perform the tasks of the position. State what you can bring to the company.
