Goodvalley CSR

At Goodvalley, we believe that responsibility extends beyond our organisation to our people. We conduct our business with integrity and without corruption. Anti-corruption is one of the fundamental values of Goodwill Ukraine. The transparency policy is evident in many aspects of the company's work: interaction with stakeholders, a complete production cycle, a vertically integrated management system, equal rights and working conditions for all employees.

We pay special attention to local communities in the areas where we operate. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in these communities by supporting local initiatives and environmental projects. 

TOGETHER WITH COMMUNITIES

We invest in the real needs of local communities by working with local authorities and proactive residents. Our support includes:

  • Education: support for educational institutions and educational initiatives.
  • Healthcare: resource support for healthcare institutions.
  • Infrastructure: improvement and energy saving projects.
  • Sports: support for local sports teams, events and youth initiatives.
  • Culture: preservation of traditions and cultural heritage.
  • Development of school entrepreneurship: educational projects aimed at developing practical skills.

We direct resources to where they are needed most - to strengthen rural communities and build a sustainable future.

CHARITY PROJECT
Hjelp-Ukraine.NU

The initiative was established in March 2022 by Tom Axelgaard, founder of Goodvalley and Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Denmark, in cooperation with Danish partners. The project is aimed at helping the military, veterans and internally displaced persons affected by the full-scale invasion. In Ukraine, the project is coordinated by the team of «Goodwill Ukraine», which ensures targeting and transparency of each step
